About modification and amendments in the Law "About Joint-stock Companies"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 47 of the Law of September 25, 2001 "About joint-stock companies" (further - the Law) the words "" about bankruptcy of banks and credit institutions "" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-232 "About bankruptcy of banks, credit institutions, investment companies, persons rendering services in cryptoassets, managing directors of investment funds and insurance companies".
Article 2. To add article 52 of the law with part 3 following of content:
"3. For entering into the shareholder register (nominal owners) of the considerable member of the person rendering services with cryptoassets, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About cryptoassets", the specialized organization in addition to the documents provided for entering into the register by the law and legal acts represents also the decision of the Central bank on giving prior consent to this person to become the considerable member of person rendering services with cryptoassets".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
