About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 288 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 with part 10 of the following content:
"10. As alternative measure of restraint or prolongation of term of house arrest the investigator immediately notifies on the decision on application of house arrest in writing administration of place of employment of the person accused, specifying nature and amount of the restrictions imposed by the judgment.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective in month after its official publication.
