About introduction of amendments to the Code of rail transport No. 19/2022
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. - In the Code of rail transport No. 19/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 45-52, 57), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Article 2:
state the concept "railway infrastructure" of the following edition:
"railway infrastructure - infrastructure of the railroads and lands occupied by it, except for the minor railway tracks belonging on the property right to physical persons and legal entities, consisting of complex of technological elements, including railway tracks and other constructions, railway stations, electric utility service devices, communication networks, systems of the alarm system, centralization and mutual blocking, the information, communication systems and control systems of railway service, buildings providing operability of devices of electric utility service, communication networks, systems of the alarm system, centralization and mutual blocking, information, communication systems and control systems of railway service except office buildings;";
the concept "servicing of infrastructure" after the words "within railway infrastructure" to add with the words "with use of rail vehicles";
add the concept "technical specifications of interoperability (TSI)" with the offer: "These specifications affirm the central industry body in the field of rail transport;".
2. Part (articles 17 after the words "development of railway infrastructure" to add 1) with words ", and also servicing, updating and development of the rail vehicles necessary for servicing of railway infrastructure,".
3. In part (1) Article 36 of the word to "rules of allocation" shall be replaced with words to "Rules of allocation and response".
4. In Article 38:
part (to add 4) after the words "it can be provided to applicants" with the words "also it is withdrawn".
part (to add 5) after the word "allocations" with the words "and response".
