About modification of some regulations (reduction in compliance of the regulatory base connected with the Town-planning and construction code)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on forming of real estate units No. 354/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 233-236, 999), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 17 of the word "according to article 22 of the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996" shall be replaced with words 3) "according to part (2) article 16 of the Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023".
2. In part (Article 22 of the word "according to part (3) article 7 of the Law on quality in construction No. 721/1996," shall be replaced with words 3) "according to provisions of the Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023,".
Art. II. - In part (2) article 6 of the Law on protection of archaeological heritage No. 218/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 235-240, 738), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "according to the Law on permission of accomplishment of construction works" "according to provisions of the Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023".
Art. III. - In part (4) article 21 of the Law on activities of police and the status of the police officer No. 320/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 42-47, 145), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"a) performs measures for maintenance of public order and safety, safety of people, for establishment and suppression of the acts encroaching on life, freedom, health and integrity of persons including which are on duty on private or public property, and also on other legitimate interests of community.";
