About introduction of amendments to the Law on application of the international rationing arrangements No. 25/2016
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on application of the international rationing arrangements No. 25/2016 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 28-31, 45), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 10:
add with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) Decision on accession of the Republic of Moldova to the international rationing arrangements established by acts of the European Union, except for the acts provided by Items and) and b) Articles 4, is accepted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after consultations with the Prime Minister, competent authorities of the public power / public organizations or on circumstances after studying of question at meeting of the Interdepartmental supervisory board.";
in part (2) word "founded by acts of the European Union or other international organizations", shall be replaced with words "established by acts of the international organizations, except for acts of the European Union,";
in part (3) words "Ministry of Economics", shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations,";
part (to state 4) in the following edition:
"(4) the Decision on accession of the Republic of Moldova to provided by Items and) and b) Article 4 to the rationing arrangements established by acts of the European Union and also to provided by Items and), b), d) and f) Article 4 to the rationing arrangements established by acts of other international organizations is accepted by the President of the Republic of Moldova, Parliament or the Government based on the warrants of law assigned to them and according to the procedure, established by Articles 12-15.".
2. In Article 13:
in part (2) word "with the Law on export control, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods No. 1163-XIV of July 26, 2000", shall be replaced with words "with the Law on verification regime of trade in strategic goods No. 213/2024,";
add Article with part (2-1) following of content:
