For the purpose of non-admission in the market of the country of deficit of medicines with guaranteed quality, efficiency and safety in the conditions of transition period - during creation of the total market of medicines of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About registration, registration confirmation and modification of the registration file of medicines for medical application" of March 7, 2023 No. 136 the following changes:
- in Item 2:
in subitem 3 of the word of "2024" shall be replaced with words "2027";
in subitem 4 of the word of "2025" shall be replaced with words "2027".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
