About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

These rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport, except for the cities of republican value, the capital (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 23-8) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About road transport" and determine procedure for transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport, except for the cities of republican value, the capital.
2. Rules act on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and are obligatory for all physical persons and legal entities irrespective of patterns of ownership, except for the cities of republican value, the capital.".
