These rules of implementation of monitoring of use of renewable energy resources and realization of the planned objects for use of renewable energy resources" (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 367) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 19, 2014 No. 994, the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine procedure of monitoring of use of renewable energy resources and realization of the planned objects for use of renewable energy resources (further – RES).";
