About modification of some regulations (control over tobacco)

- The directive of the European Parliament and Council 2014/40/EU of April 3, 2014 about rapprochement of the legislative, regulating and administrative provisions of member states of the European Union in the field of production, provision in the market and sales of tobacco products and joint products and about cancellation of the Directive 2001/37/of the EU (Items 1, 9, 13, 17, 19, 22, 28 and 31 Articles 2, part (4) Articles 3, the paragraph of the second part (2) Articles 4, part (6) Articles 5, parts (1) and (2) Articles 6, part (7) and the paragraph of the second part (12) Articles 7, part (4) Articles 8, the paragraph fourth of part (3) and part (4) Articles 9, the paragraph of the second part (5) Articles 11, Item (b) of part (2) Articles 12, Items (b) and (e) of part (1) and part (2) Articles 13, Article 14, Items (a) - (g) of part (2), Items (e) - (g) of part (3) and Item (a) of part (4) Articles 20), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 127 of April 29, 2014, CELEX: 32014L0040, with the subsequent changes made by the Delegated directive of the Commission (EU) 2022/2100 of June 29, 2022;
- The recommendation of Council of December 3, 2024 about environment, free from tobacco smoke and aerosols, the canceling Recommendation of Council 2009/C 296/02, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by C 474 of December 12, 2024, CELEX: 32024H07425.
Art. I. - In the Law on control over tobacco No. 278/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 258-261, 489), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
