About introduction of amendments to the Law on energy efficiency No. 139/2018 (simplification of implementation of projects on energy efficiency)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on energy efficiency No. 139/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 476), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law, except for 30, the words "public organization on support" in the corresponding case to replace Articles with abbreviation of "NTsUE".
2. In Article 3:
in the concept "national real estate fund" of the word "parts (2) Article 3" shall be replaced with words "parts (1) Article 3";
"bound party" to state concept of the following edition:
"the bound party - the operator of distributive system performing the activities according to the Law on the electric power No. 107/2016 or the Natural Gas Act No. 108/2016, and also the importer of oil products performing the activities according to the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001, to which is applied the scheme of obligations in the field of energy efficiency thus as it is stated in Article 8;";
after the concept "aggregator" to add Article with concept of the following content":
"financial aid for increase in efficiency of consumption of energy resources - according to the definition given in article 3 of the Law on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability No. 241/2022;";
after the concept "economically reasonable demand" to add with concept of the following content:
"financial compensation - the financial resources provided to NTsUE to the creditor for the purpose of compensation of percent on the loans granted to Owners' Associations in condominium for financing of projects on energy efficiency and/or development of renewable energy resources;";
after the concept "agreement on energy efficiency" to add Article with concept of the following content:
