About modification of some regulations (organization and functioning of alternative services for care of children and elderly people)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (65) Article 3 to recognize invalid.
2. In Article 4:
part (3-2) to add with words ", and the certificate on mental capacity to act to implementation of social and professional activity of the increased responsibility";
state part 3-3 in the following edition:
"(3-3) K to the petition on implementation of the activities specified in line item 2.53 appendices, the applicant attaches the copy of the diploma or other education document confirming the skill level necessary for implementation of the corresponding type of activity, the certificate of lack of criminal record and the certificate of not accountability for offenses, the declaration under the personal liability that it is not deprived of the parent rights by the final decision of degree of jurisdiction, the declaration under the personal liability that he does not live with persons condemned for intentional crime execution against life and health of the personality against family and children, the crimes relating to the sexual sphere; crimes against freedom, honor and advantage of the personality, the individual medical record with results of medical examinations and laboratory researches according to provisions of the existing regulations approved by the Ministry of Health, the certificate on mental capacity to act to implementation of social and professional activity of the increased responsibility in form No. 091/e, the copy of the statement from the real estate register or on circumstances of the legal act confirming the right to legal use with real estate object of residential appointment which will be used within the related activity.";
