Some questions of the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations which are applied.
2. Add paragraphs of the sixth of Item 3, third the subitem 2 of Item 8 and the first Items 9-1 and 9-2, Items 12 and 13 of the Procedure for carrying out the analysis of results of the functioning of special (free) economic zones and the territories with the special mode of investing activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2001 N184 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 9, the Art. 362, N 52, Art. 2354; 2004, N 36, the Art. 2392), after the word "Minprompolitiki", the word "Gosinvestitsy".
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 21, 2007.
