1. Bring in Rules of cancellation of licenses for production and the turnover of tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production according to the decision of federal body on control and supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2024 No. 421 "About approval of Rules of cancellation of licenses for production and turnover of tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production according to the decision of federal body on control and supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 15, the Art. 2053), the following changes:

a) in Item 2:

to add the subitem "v" after words of "regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation" with words "(further - information system of monitoring)";

add with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) production and (or) turnover of raw materials and (or) nicotinic raw materials without representation in accordance with the established procedure information in information system of monitoring.";

b) in the paragraph the second Item 6 of the word "by means of the state information system specified in the subitem "v" of Item 2 of these rules" shall be replaced with words "by means of information system of monitoring".

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
