About establishment of the amount of payment for implementation of actions for confirmation of classification characteristics of gemstones

According to article 14 of the Federal law "About Precious Metals and Gemstones" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the amount of payment for implementation by the organizations specified in subitems 2 and 3 of Item 5 of article 14 of the Federal law "About Precious Metals and Gemstones" of actions for confirmation of classification characteristics of gemstones constitutes:

concerning batch of diamonds weighing 1 carat and less - 7000 rubles;

concerning batch of diamonds weight over carat 1,01 - 7000 rubles for carat.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.
