Determine that credit institutions in which the organizations of federal mail service open accounts for transfer of the budget funds of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation intended for payment of insurance pensions shall have the credit score assigned to one of the following credit rating agencies:

it is not lower than the A-(RU) level on national rating scale for the Russian Federation of credit rating agency Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company);

it is not lower than the ruA-level on national rating scale for the Russian Federation of credit rating agency joint-stock company "Expert RA Rating agency;

it is not lower than the A-.ru level on national rating scale for the Russian Federation of credit rating agency National Credit Ratings limited liability company;

it is not lower than the A-| ru | level on national rating scale for the Russian Federation of credit rating agency National Rating Agency limited liability company.

2. Recognize invalid:
