About establishment of case in case of which goods can arrive to the Russian Federation and decrease from the Russian Federation in the places which are not places of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to article 11 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that arrival in the Russian Federation of the goods intended for performance of works on construction (creation, construction) of artificial islands, installations and constructions (further - objects), for geological studying, exploration and production of hydrocarbonic raw material in the water area of the Sea of Okhotsk in the territory of the northeast shelf of the island of Sakhalin according to licenses to use the subsoil granted to Gazprom public joint stock company and its affiliated and dependent societies and also for ensuring functioning (operation, use) objects and life activity on them, accomplishment of the specified works on sites of the water area of the Sea of Okhotsk on which the construction (creation, construction) objects is performed, which are outside the territory of the Russian Federation and concerning which the Russian Federation has sovereign rights and performs jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation both rules of international law, and departure of the specified goods from the Russian Federation on objects and such sites of the water area of the Sea of Okhotsk are allowed on site No. 5 (Nabil) of seaport Korsakov (Sakhalin region) which is not the place of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
