"These rules of transfer from category of lands of forest fund to lands of other categories (further - Rules) are developed for the purposes which are not connected with forest management according to the subitem 205) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2019 No. 479 "Questions of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for transfer from category of lands of forest fund to lands of other categories for the purposes which are not connected with forest management.";
