About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2015 No. 699
Based on part two of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2001 "About burial and funeral case" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 55-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure and conditions of assignment of the status of the historical and memorial place of burial approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2015 No. 699, the following changes:
in part one of item 4 of the word "basic and" shall be replaced with words "basic and (or)";
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Account of places of burials with the status of historical and memorial places of burials is kept by local executive and administrative organs of regional territorial level based on the accounting sheets constituted by local executive and administrative organs of basic and (or) primary territorial levels in form according to appendix.
The accounting sheet is constituted by local executive and administrative organs of basic and (or) primary territorial level in duplicate. The first copy of the accounting sheet is stored in local executive and administrative organ of regional territorial level, the second copy - in the local executive and administrative organ which constituted this accounting sheet.
Based on data of accounting sheets local executive and administrative organs of regional territorial level create the list of places of burials, single in the territory of the respective area and Minsk, with the status of historical and memorial places of burials.";
add the Provision with Item 7 of the following content:
"7. The decision on assignment of the status of the historical and memorial place of burial in the seven-day time estimated in the working days from acceptance date is posted on the global computer Internet on the official sites of the relevant local executive and administrative organs of regional territorial level.
