For the purpose of implementation of Article 116 of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic, article 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the List of the serious illness interfering detention of suspects and the accused persons, according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the serious illness interfering detention of suspects, persons accused" of June 20, 2018 No. 296.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
