About exemption of customs duties for making of the actions connected with release of goods when placing goods under customs procedure of free customs zone
For the purpose of increase in investment appeal of free economic zones, according to article 41 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine that goods placement under customs procedure of free customs zone is performed with exemption of charges for making of the actions connected with release of goods.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
