Article 11 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 11. The amount of compensation on deposits
1. The amount of compensation on deposits to each investor is established proceeding from the amount of deposit liabilities of bank concerning which there came the insured event, before this investor. In case of calculation of the amount of obligations of bank to the investor of calculation only the deposits insured according to article 5 of this Federal Law are accepted.
2. Compensation on deposits in bank concerning which there came the insured event is paid to the investor in the amount of 100 percent of deposit amount in bank, but no more than 1 400 000 rubles if other is not established by this Federal Law.
