About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of May 26, 2023 No. 42) the following changes:
1) in Article 4:
a) add with Item 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1) Method of calculation of estimated cost of construction, reconstruction, repair of highways and road constructions - set of the rules and procedures based on monitoring of market value of works, services and the main materials;";
b) add with Item 36 of the following content:
"36) the pilot project - the description of use of new technology, new material or the new equipment in case of construction, reconstruction, repair of highways and road constructions including the estimated estimated cost based on data of manufacturing plants and/or on earlier realized projects in other countries.";
2) in Article 25:
a) state part 4 in the following edition:
"4. The project documentation developed for construction, reconstruction, repair of highways and road constructions shall contain finance costs on the materials necessary for construction and reconstruction of the projectible highway taking into account their market prices, the cost of works, and also measures for ensuring placement of technical infrastructure of the operator of telecommunication going along the projectible highway.
The method of calculation of preliminary finance costs in case of construction, reconstruction, repair of highways and road constructions is determined according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
