Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 1, of 14, 16 and 23 parts I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. Add the Family code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 3 (the book I), Article 126 (volume I); 2024, No. 5 (book I), article 484, No. 6 (book I), Article 637, No. 7, Articles 763, 765, 769, 772; 2025, No. 2, Article 98; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 11, 2025 No. 172-VIIGD) Articles 141.7 and 141.8 of the following content:
"141.7. The decisions of guardianship and custody bodies provided by this Code in connection with consent (permission) of these bodies are entered into information system of the body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority within 1 (one) working day.
141.8. The decisions provided by this Code. Decisions of guardianship and custody bodies on consent (permission) of these bodies receive from information system of the body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority by means of the information system "Electronic Government". In cases when receipt of the specified document through the information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, its representation is requested from the body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority on demand with the consent of the applicant or is provided by the applicant.
