About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses

Article 1. Make the following changes to the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4 (the book II), Article 251 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 8, 18, No. 3, Article 250, No. 7, Article 772, No. 11, article 1189, No. 12 (book II), Articles 1330, 1350; 2025, No. 1, Article 1; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 27, 2024 No. 114-VIIQD and 115-VIIQD, of February 28, 2025 No. 143-VIIQD and of March No. 153-VIIQD) 7:
1.1. In Item 156.2.2 of the word "unmanned aerial vehicles with remote control" shall be replaced with words "unmanned aerial vehicles";
1.2. Regarding Item 1 of Article 262.1 after the words "air transport" to add with the words "either the unmanned aerial vehicle or other aircraft, not held for use as air transport".
Article 2. In the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 18, No. 2, Article 135, No. 4, article 362, No. 5 (book I), Articles 487, 489, 492, 503, No. 7, Articles 750, 768, 771, 772, No. 12 (book I), article 1280, No. 12 (book II), Articles 1330, 1350; 2025, No. 1, Articles 1, 15; Resolutions of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 27, 2024 No. 115-VIIQD, No. 138-VIIQD of February 14, 2025 and No. 28 of February 28 (Laws No. 143-VIIGD) to make the following changes:
2.1. In Article 27.3 after figures "327.8" to add with figures "327-1.2, 327-1.3";
2.2. In Article 28.4.1 of the word "aged to 18 years" shall be replaced with words faces with disability "children with disability";
