About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of registration of vehicles

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for legalization of vehicles" of December 31, 2024 No. 398, of process improvement of legalization of vehicles, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment" of June 23, 2017 No. 407 the following changes:

in Rules of state registration, re-registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment, and also the property rights to them approved by the above-stated resolution:

- third Item 40 to declare the paragraph invalid;

- state Item 76 in the following edition:

"76. Temporary accounting of the vehicles, installations and the equipment imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by legal entities and physical persons from the states which are not state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for the term of more than six months under the obligation about the return export is performed after their customs clearance.
