About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning assignment to foreign citizens of the status "Digital nomad" ("Digital Nomad")
For the purpose of implementation of article 26-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for assignment to foreign citizens of the status "Digital nomad" ("Digital Nomad")" of April 30, 2025 No. 241 the following changes:
Item 5 to declare 1) invalid;
2) in Regulations on the procedure for assignment to foreign citizens of the status "Digital nomad" ("Digital Nomad") approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 21-1 of the following content:
"21-1. Along with assignment of the status "Digital nomad" to the foreign citizen by the authorized state body in the field of migration in the automated information system "Civil registration" (AIS "ZAGS") appropriates the PIN based on the electronic statement of the foreign citizen for assignment of the status and the passport of the foreign citizen attached to it.
