"17. 1) decision making about creation of the organizations by society and about participation of society, including about the participation termination, in the organizations specified in the subitem 18 of Item 1 of article 48 of this Federal Law if it is carried by the charter of society to its competence, and also about creation of other organizations by society and about participation of society, including about the participation termination, in other organizations if adoption of such decisions is not referred by the charter of society to competence of executive body of society;".
