About modification of some regulations (the aspects concerning diplomatic service)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on diplomatic service No. 761/2001 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 216-220, 645), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration" and "Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration" in the corresponding case to replace respectively with words "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" and "Minister of Foreign Affairs" in the corresponding case.
2. In Article 2 of the word "set of diplomatic and consular establishments of the Republic of Moldova" shall be replaced with words "set of structures of organizations of diplomatic service of the Republic of Moldova, stipulated in Article 5,".
3. Add Article 3 with Item l) the following content:
"l) coordination of policy of international cooperation in the field of development and the humanitarian assistance.".
4. Item j) parts (Article 4 to add 1) with the words "and support to public institutions concerning the protocol and the international etiquette".
5. In Item and) parts (1) Article 5 of the word "the central body;" shall be replaced with words "the central public institution on coordination and carrying out foreign policy;".
6. Part (Article 6 to state 6) in the following edition:
"(6) as a part of diplomatic representations and consular establishments bureaus or services, including in other settlements can be created, than in what the diplomatic representation or consular establishment is located. The organizational structure of bureau and services is established with observance of provisions of the corresponding regulatory base.".
7. In part (1) Article 7 of the word "own system of the message, including the encoded communication," shall be replaced with words "own protected system of the message,".
8. In Article 9:
