About introduction of amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1548; No. 49, Art. 6918; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4280; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4520) following changes:

1) in Article 178:

a) add with new part four of the following content:

"In case of termination of the employment contract in connection with liquidation of the organization (Item of 1 part one of Article of 81 of this Code) or reducing number or staff of employees of the organization (Item 2 parts one of Article of 81 of this Code) the guarantees provided by parts one - third this Article, according to the procedure, established by this Article are provided to workers who on the date of dismissal worked part-time and continued accomplishment of the corresponding work after dismissal from the main work.";

b) the fourth and fifth to consider parts respectively parts five and the sixth;

c) the sixth to consider part part seven and in it the words "part five" shall be replaced with words "part six";

d) the seventh to consider part part eight;

e) the eighth to consider part part nine and in it "part five" shall be replaced with words words "part six";

2) in Article 318:

a) add with new part four of the following content:

"In case of termination of the employment contract in connection with liquidation of the organization (Item of 1 part one of Article of 81 of this Code) or reducing number or staff of employees of the organization (Item 2 parts one of Article of 81 of this Code) the guarantees provided by parts one - third this Article, according to the procedure, established by this Article are provided to workers who on the date of dismissal worked part-time and continued accomplishment of the corresponding work after dismissal from the main work.";
