1. Approve accession of the State Tax Administration of the Republic of Moldova to Inclusive group on fight against washing out of tax base and movement of profit (BEPS).
2. To Inclusive group on fight against washing out of tax base and movement of profit (BEPS) to perform payment of the annual membership fees for the account and within the budgetary appropriations approved for the State Tax Administration.
3. To the State Tax Service to take necessary measures for accomplishment of the obligations following from membership in Inclusive group on fight against washing out of tax base and movement of profit (BEPS).
