Orders of courts and other organizations of foreign states are performed by courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan when obtaining them through Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Judicial administration) or its territorial subdivisions in areas, the capital and the cities of republican value (further - Departments) if other procedure for transfer of documents is not provided in the international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
