No. 399-410, 679), with subsequent changes;
Considering requirements of the Regulations on identification and the analysis of the relevant markets in the field of electronic communications and determination of suppliers of networks and/or services of the electronic communications having considerable influence in these markets, the NAREKIT Administrative board No. 55/2008 approved by the Resolution (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 34-36, 117), with subsequent changes;
In view of the conclusions of the seventh cycle of Market research on transit of traffic in telephone networks public (2024), the DECIDES: NAREKIT Administrative board
1. Determine how relevant to preliminary ruling the market on transit of traffic in telephone networks public.
2. Determine AO "Moldtelecom" (IDNO 1002600048836) as the supplier having considerable influence in the market on transit of traffic in telephone networks public.
3. Keep the preliminary special obligations assigned to AO "Moldtelecom" by the Resolution of the NAREKIT Administrative board No. 28 of 1.11.2011 with subsequent changes.
4. This resolution is supplemented by right with other regulating documents accepted by NAREKIT for this purpose.
5. This resolution is brought to the attention of AO "Moldtelecom" and Competition council within 3 working days from the date of approval.
6. This resolution is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
