About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2018 No. 978 and of March 24, 2025 No. 167
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for determination of applicants for initiation of petitions for the announcement of Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Belarus for considerable achievements in the field of agricultural industry approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2018 No. 978:
to exclude subitem 3.4 of Item 3;
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. Regional executive committees in 2025 till August 12, and in the years ahead annually till May 20 information on the applicant from among district executive committees and the applicant from among agricultural organizations of area for initiation of the petition for the announcement of Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Belarus for considerable achievements in the field of agricultural industry for accounting year with appendices of calculations of the measure values specified in Item 6 of this provision goes to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.";
third Item 17 before the words "annually till May 28" to add the paragraph with the words "in 2025 till August 22, and in the years ahead";
1.2. add appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2025 with No. 167 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 No. 97" Items 60-1 and 60-2 of the following content:
"60-1. Unitary production enterprise "Gluboksky Meat-processing Plant".
60-2. Orshansky Meat-packing Plant open joint stock company.".
