RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of March 24, 2007 No. 366

About establishment of rates of export customs duties

(as amended on on December 31, 2009)

According to Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2007 "About rates of export customs duties" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 60

1. Establish rates of export customs duties on the goods which are exported from customs area of the Republic of Belarus (including the territory of free economic zones) out of limits of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2007.
