1. In the Regulations about establishment of the official rate of Moldovan leu in relation to foreign currencies approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 3/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova 2009, No. 27-29, the Art. 100) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 646 of February 4, 2009 to make the following changes:

1.1. In all text of regulations, except for Item 19 and appendix No. 1, "US dollar" in any grammatical form to replace the text with the word "euro". In all text of regulations of the word "The Automated System of Interbank Calculations" shall be replaced with words "the automated system of internal settlements";

1.2. In Item 11 to exclude the text "as an alternative - information system of REUTERS".

2. This resolution becomes effective since 02.01.2025.
