This resolution shifts Article 6 and appendix II to Regulations (EU) to No. 1007/2011 of the European parliament and Council of September 27, 2011 about the name of textile fibers and the corresponding labeling and marking of fibrous structure of textile products canceling the Directive 73/44/EEC of Council and the Directive 96/73/CE and 2008/121/CE of the European parliament and Council (CELEX: 32011R1007), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 272 of October 18, 2011, with the last changes made by the Delegated regulations (EU) 2018/122 Commissions of October 20, 2017.
1. In the Order of the Government No. 11/2024 about approval of the Technical regulation about names of textile fibers and the corresponding labeling and marking of fibrous structure of textile products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 83-85, 185) to make the following changes:
1.1. add the resolution with Items 3 and 4 of the following content:
"3. Declare invalid this resolution from the date of the entry of the Republic of Moldova into the European Union.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.".
1.2. in the Technical regulation:
1.2.1. add Chapter II with Section 1-1 of the following content:
"Section 1-1. Requests for new names of textile fibers
10-1. Any producer or any person acting from his name can submit to the European commission the application for inclusion of new names of textile fiber in the list given in appendix No. 1 to Regulations (EU) No. 1007/2011.
