Art. 1. - Approve increase in the amount of subscription of the Republic of Moldova in the International Monetary Fund with 172, of 5 million special drawing rights to 258, 8 million special drawing rights according to appendix 1 to the Resolution 79-1 of December 15, 2023 on the sixteenth general review of International Monetary Fund quotas accepted by Board of governors of the International Monetary Fund.
Art. 2. - To National Bank of Moldova as the banker and the agent of the state based on part provisions (3-1) Articles 7, parts (1) Article 37 and the Item b 1) of part (1) article 53 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995 and according to Item 5 of the Resolution of Parliament on the entry of the Republic of Moldova into the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and its branches No. 1107/1992 to undertake obligations and to take all necessary measures for ensuring increase in the amount of subscription of the Republic of Moldova in the International Monetary Fund.
