About implementation of the Customs Decisions System

Based on Art. 6 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2021, No. 219-225, the Art. 238) with subsequent changes, item 31 of Regulations about enforcement of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2023, No. 93-96, the Art. 193), with subsequent changes, and according to Art. 6 of the h. (9) the item g) the Law No. 302/2017 on Customs Service (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Since December 10, 2024 to implement the Customs Decisions System concerning the following types of customs decisions:

1.1 Authorization about the status of the authorized receiver;

1.2 Authorization about the status of the authorized sender;

1.3 Authorization about use of seals of special type;

1.4 Authorization about the status of the authorized receiver for the purpose of MDP;

1.5 Authorization about use of customs regime of temporary import;

1.6 Authorization about use of complex guarantee, including guarantee with the reduced amount or release from guarantee.

2. For filing of applications on issue of the customs decisions listed in item 1 of this order, economic agents enter on the ecustoms.trade.gov.md web page for registration in the Customs Decisions System.

3. To provide to management of information development and safety necessary accesses for ensuring process of issue of customs decisions by means of the Customs Decisions System and to bear responsibility for its functioning.

4. To provide to chiefs of customs finishing content of provisions of this order to data of all subordinate customs employees, and also economic operators - applicants of the Authorizations specified in item 1.

5. To provide to department of public relations mediatization of process of implementation of System of" Customs decisions".

6. To impose control of execution of this order on Management of the organization of customs control and assistance to trade, Management of the customs income and Management of information development and safety.

7. Publish this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
