About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the constitutional laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", "About Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic")

Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 17, 2022 No. 72-74) the following changes:
in Article 1:
a) state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. The regulations containing in other legislative and other regulatory legal acts and concerning subject of regulation of this constitutional Law shall correspond to this constitutional Law, and also in case of collisions between this constitutional Law and other regulatory legal acts regulations of this constitutional Law, except as specified, established by part 3 of this Article are applied.";
b) add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Regulations of this constitutional Law are applied to the relations arising within the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status in the part which is not settled and not contradicting the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status" and to the acts following from the specified Law.".
Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of June 6, 2023 No. 45) the following change:
add Article 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
