1. Approve Regulations on application of protective measures against organisms, harmful to plants, it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

2.1. The order of the Government No. 356/2012 about approval of some regulations for implementation of the Law No. 228 of September 23, 2010 on protection of plants and phytosanitary quarantine (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 113-118, 397), with subsequent changes;

2.2. The order of the Government No. 594/2011 about approval of Special requirements to import and movement of plants, vegetable products on the territory of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 131-133, 665), with subsequent changes;

2.3. The order of the Government No. 557/2011 about approval of Rules of inspections which need to be carried out for the purpose of recognition of the protected zones in the Republic of Moldova, and Rules of movement of some plants, vegetable products or other objects through the protected zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 122-127, 629), with subsequent changes.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for appendices No. 11 and 12, which become effective since January 1, 2026.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
