About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the legal aid guaranteed by the state"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the legal aid guaranteed by the state" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 16, 2022 No. 71) the following change:

add Article 14 with part of 4-1 following content:

"4-1. Qualified legal aid is provided to parents or guardians of children with limited opportunities of health without the income:

1) to the parties according to actions of rescission of scrap;

2) to the parties in claims for deprivation of the parent rights;

3) to the parties according to recovery suits of the alimony;

4) to the parties in claims for determination of the residence of children;

5) to the parties in claims for determination of procedure for communication with the child;

6) to the parties in claims for content of the children financially and provision of housing;

7) to the parties in claims for content of the children studying in preschool general education (initial, the main and average), professional (initial, average and the highest) the educational organizations of all types and types irrespective of form of business;

8) to the parties according to recovery suits of additional expenses in firm sum of money.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
