For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of maintaining the Unified register of offenses" of May 15, 2025 153, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:
1. Determine the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic the holder (owner) of the Unified register of offenses.
2. Determine that the public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic is technical operator of the automated information system "Unified Register of Offences".
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
1) to accept from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic in the maintaining based on the delivery-acceptance certificate with its further approval the automated information system "Unified Register of Offences" (further - AIS "ERPN") with the material means, financial resources provided on content for its further operation and maintaining;
To create 2) the decision the interdepartmental commission on acceptance of AIS "ERPN", and also on holding the organizational actions connected with implementation of this resolution;
3) to develop and submit the projects of regulatory legal acts following from this resolution for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
4) to take other measures following from this resolution.
4. To state bodies, and also local government bodies (under approval), authorized to consider cases on offenses according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
