In the Order of the Government No. 245/2012 about National council on public and private partnership (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 82-84, 281), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. state appendix No. 1 in the following edition:

1.2. to make the following changes to appendix No. 2:
1.2.1. in Item 12-1 of the word of "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Economic Development and digitalizations", and to exclude the word "state";
