About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add Chapter 14 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Articles 189.29 and 189.30 of the following content:
"Article 189.29. Violation of requirements of the legislation in the field of the higher education
1. Violation of the conditions of provision of the right to implementation of the educational program established by the legislation at appropriate levels of the higher education, and also violation of conditions of licensing for each degree and qualification of appropriate level of the higher education:
attracts the prevention.
2. Violation of the term of submission of the reports following from the right to implementation of the educational program at appropriate levels of the higher education and conditions of the license for each degree and qualification, more than for 10 days provided by the law:
attracts penalty on the legal entity in the amount of one thousand minimum wages.
3. Limiting exceeding of the number of pupils determined by the license granted on each degree and qualification of appropriate level of the higher education for:
attracts penalty in the amount of one thousand minimum wages.
4. Be the education prevented by authorized body of public administration for the second time on the bases provided by the law within one academic year:
attracts penalty in the amount of one thousand five hundred minimum wages.
5. Not eliminate this violation in the terms established by the prevention applied by authorized body of public administration by education for the violation provided by the law:
attracts penalty in the amount of one thousand minimum wages.
6. The acts provided by part of 1 this Article committed repeatedly within year from the date of the introduction of the resolution on purpose of administrative punishment in legal force:
