About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning providing the right to free legal aid

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Penitentiary code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, Art. No. 3-4, 21):

The paragraph of the sixth part two of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"If such appointments are planned to be performed during week-end, festive, non-working days, persons determined by paragraph one of this part shall not later than 24 hours prior to visit in writing notify on it administration of organization of execution of punishments, administration of healthcare institution in which on treatment there is convict, except the cases provided by Article part fifteen 134 of this Code";

Part the fifteenth Article 134 to state 2) in the following edition:
