About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2007 No. 107

Bring in the Regulations on Public service on supervision and regulation in the field of transport approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2007 No. 107 "About Public service on supervision and regulation in the field of transport", the following changes and amendments:
1. In Item 5:
- in paragraph three of the word "and renewal" to replace with sign and words ", renewal and prolongation of effective period";
- in the tenth paragraph to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";" and to add with the eleventh, the twelfth, thirteenth, the fourteenth and fifteenth paragraphs of the following content:
"-accounting of the vehicles performing the international motor transportations of passengers and loads;
- accounting of use of permissions to implementation of the international motor transportations at check points through frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- verification of transport and allowing documents on implementation of the international motor transportations of passengers and (or) loads;
- control of observance of operating mode and rest of drivers of the motorized vehicles equipped with the tachograph;
- issue in accordance with the established procedure to physical persons and legal entities of the certificate on rendering services in the field of transport.".
2. In the paragraph the fourteenth Item 6 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";" and to add with the fifteenth paragraph of the following content:
"-use of staff for stop of vehicles in the certain places designated by route signs.".
