About approval of Changes in Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 19, of 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of liquidity support of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 03, 2013 at No. 543/23075 (with the enclosed changes).
2. To department of the public markets (Alexander Arsenyuk) after official publication to inform Fonda guaranteeing household deposits information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yury Geletiya.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
