About introduction of amendments to article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. Add Item 21 with the paragraph third the following content:
"Days of annual main and additional leaves, and also additional vacation, unused during passing of military service, by the serviceman having children or the full age child - person with disability since the childhood of subgroup And the I group, and additional vacation, the stipulated in Article 16-2 Laws of Ukraine "About leaves" which were not provided to the military personnel during the special period from the moment of the announcement of mobilization are subject to monetary compensation which is paid in year of dismissal of the military personnel from service".
2. State Item 22 in the following edition:
"22. In case of death (death) of the military personnel monetary compensation for everything the days of annual main and additional leaves, and also additional vacation by the serviceman having children or the full age child which are not used by them during passing of military service - person with disability since the childhood of subgroup And the I group, and additional vacation, the stipulated in Article 16-2 Laws of Ukraine "About leaves", is paid to person (persons) determined (determined) at the personal order on captivity case, and in case of lack of such order - to persons specified in Item 6 of article 9 of this Law, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and in case of their absence - is part of inheritance.".
