In the text of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2024 No. 326 "About establishment of features of application of penalty (penalty, penalty fee), other financial sanctions, and also other measures of responsibility for non-execution or improper execution of the agreement obligations of participation in shared-equity construction established by the legislation on shared-equity construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 13, Art. 1797; 53, the Art. 8734) the words "June 30, 2025." shall be replaced with words No. "on December 31, 2025".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
