About modification of the Procedure for charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for some categories of insured persons
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for some categories of insured persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 178 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 16, the Art. 666), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 11, 2025 change No. 695 which are applied.
2. To the pension fund of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to perform calculation of single fee on obligatory national social insurance and to submit to tax authority reports on charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for persons concerning whom established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine, for the period before entry into force of this resolution according to the Unified register of persons concerning whom established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine, according to Procedure for charge and payment of the single fee on obligatory national social insurance for some categories of insured persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 178.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
